My call was answered immediately, and service was booked for the next day! Upon arrival, Shane and Ben were super friendly, knowledgeable and understanding of our needs. The pricing was about what I was quoted, so I was not hit with surprises. The carpet cleaning was fast and thorough, with previous stains gone, leaving our 10 year carpet looking amazing. I love that the carpets were dry in time for my children to have their rooms ready at bedtime the same day. Not regretting this service and highly recommend this team.

Shane was great! Showed up as scheduled, explained everything, did the job, cleaned up and was gone. It's only been a few days, but it seems like the urine smell is out of my chair. I would recommend ChemDry and will use them again if I have a need for the service.

My dogs got sprayed by a skunk and got in the house before they could be stopped. Got the spray on the carpet. ChemDry got it taken care of. No skunk stench. And the carpets look great. Shane was great.

Kevin is THE BEST Chem Dry technician we have ever had. He is kind, courteous, respectful, punctual and very knowledgeable about his work. He finds ways to get that carpet closest to the wall as clean as the carpet in the middle. No one else has ever done that....they leave that 2" space near the wall dirty and it still makes the carpet feel dirty. NOT KEVIN! He has found a way to get it ... Read More
Kevin is THE BEST Chem Dry technician we have ever had. He is kind, courteous, respectful, punctual and very knowledgeable about his work.
