The next time we need carpet cleaning I will be sure to call ChemDry. From the first phone call to the office the service was excellent. Dorian, the technician, called before he got to our home to tell me his arrival schedule. He was professional and pleasant. I was dreading the \"hard sell\" of extra services I\'ve experienced before, but got none of that from Doran. He explained the extras but accepted my \"no\" and moved on. Thank you, Dorian! My carpets will be in ChemDry\'s hands in the future and I will be sure to ask for Dorian.

Dorain called ahead of time, arrived on time, look professional, and did a nice job explaining to me the options for cleaning my rooms. He educated me on the type of cleaning and spot treatments my areas needed. He was thorough and complete in his work. He respected my home and did a great job. Super nice guy and I was very satisfied with the work. My rooms look and smell much better!

Dorain was great. Friendly, efficient, and so very considerate of my circumstances. He took the time to explain everything and then accomplished his task.I appreciate that he was so receptive, since I asked for same day service...you\'d never know if I was his first or last customer. Very polite and did a great job on my carpeting.

I have used Chem Dry of Nashville several times, and they never fail to disappoint. Caleb came out today to clean my upholstery and did a great job. He was very courteous, arrived when he said he would, and overall did a fabulous job. Thank you Caleb! Thank you Chem Dry for hiring such great employees.
