I had a problem with my dog peeing in my bedroom. Chem Dry was able to locate the problem areas (even the ones I couldn\'t see) with special lighting & applied treatment that would soak into the pad of the carpet & elminate odors while cleaning the surface. My technician (Dorain) was extremely personable & made me feel comfortable with him in my home. Would definitely call for services again as needed!

I liked the email that was send before the technician came which included his picture so I would know who to look for. He called 45 minutes before he was to arrive and came exactly when he said that he would. He explained to me exactly what he would be doing and the chemicals that would be used. He called 45 minutes before he was to arrive and came exactly when he said that he would. He explained to me exactly what he would be doing and the chemicals that would be used. Chem-Dry provides good service and management personnel possess excellent customer service skills. The agency is accommodating. I very recently had an instance whereby I needed service very soon, and was pleasantly surprised to have been able to obtain service the day that I called in with the problem.

On one occasion, the technician did not do a good job; however, I did not advise management of my disatisfaction. The next time that I talked with them, I was advised to always let them know how they are doing, and if I am not pleased, they will make every effort to do the job to my satisfaction.
