Dr. Chaffin and his team in Cleveland have been wonderful in helping us determine some minor health issues with our precious son. We've been dealing with an ongoing cough for over a year and after a few visits and treatments, he hasn't had problems in several months. They've been very attentive, helpful and educational on what we can do to treat the symptoms. My wife and I appreciate their dedication and concern.

Dr. Chaffin is the kind of doctor I wish I could have for any and all medical visits. If only I could find a primary care doctor as good as he is. First and foremost, he involves you in your treatment, because he LISTENS. He actually involves you in deciding what you want to do. His "bedside manner" is outstanding. Lastly, and this is one all doctor's offices should learn from, his office staff is punctual. If you have an appointment, you can be reasonably certain you will be seen on time. I've never had an appointment total much more than an hour between arriving on-time and getting out the door- like it should be. Thank you, Dr. Chaffin.
