James came in and looked around before he came up with a plan for our cleaning. He took the time to explain all the options to me and even though he offered some higher priced options he didn\'t push them and in fact told me some of them were for me and others were not good for what I wanted done. I ended up going with more than the basic service but not the most expensive. I have had our carpets cleaned before by \"cheaper\" companies and you get what you pay for. he left my carpets looking better than they have ever looked after a cleaning. Great job! he was also very friendly and we talked about fishing and just normal small talk, he didn\'t have to be anything but business but I enjoyed the conversation. I will absolutely use him again when the need arises.
